• How can I order uniforms?

• Is there a minimum order requirement?
Impressions aims to meet customers’ needs and requirements, although we have a minimum order quantity of 100 Pcs per style but less then this can be managed at little up-charge.


• Can I get samples before ordering?
Each purchase has to be concluded with customer satisfaction in mind. This is the basic principle on which we operate. In order to achieve this, we gladly offer potential customers samples of the uniform they would like to purchase. Of course, in order to cover our operating costs the sample will be subject to a small fee, which is reversed upon confirmation of the order.


• How can I pay for my order?
We offer a number of flexible payment methods to customers, like Cheque, TT, Wired Transfer, COD, depending on their needs.


• How long will it take to prepare the order from the time of the agreement?
Generally, Impressions is known for fast turnaround times. Subject to the availability of the required material and design complexity, we would require 30 days maximum to make the delivery, once everything is approved ad payment processed.


• To what extent can I customize the garments?
Customers can fully-customize their garments in terms of Design, fabric, Embellishments etc to meet the requirements of their different businesses. We provide a free design services as per your requirement.


• How do I care for my garment?
With each order, we supply clear instructions on how to best care for your garments and prolong their life. In addition care label are also attached with every garments.


• Are the fabrics of good quality?
At Impressions, we make sure to use high-quality material to produce the end product. All our fabrics are lab tested in our in-house laboratory by certified staff several criteria, including safety, Color fasteners, crooking and color permanence.


• What are the Delivery Charges?
We provide free delivery within United Arab Emirates; Extra charges will apply for deliveries near Saudi Border Areas. Outside Shipments can be managed if required on actual expenditures. All Duties and taxes will be borne by Customer himself.


• Is there any product guarantee?
All standard guarantees is covered for Manufactured items in regards to properly following the care instruction.
