Q: Is price related to order quantities? [Top]
A: The more you buy the less you pay. Our prices reflect the economies of scale associated with production of your order. Each product page clearly lists the price on the bottom of each product. The prices are based on quantities of 100 pieces and above, 300 pieces and above, 500 pieces and above, 1,000 pieces and above and 5,000 pieces and above.

Q: What's included in the price? [Top]
A: Order at least 100 pieces per color per style and the price listed includes manufacturing of a garment, digitizing & setup of Embroidery logo, packaging in a poly bag and a an export worthy carton. The only additional cost will be the embroidery or screen printing application charges.

Q: How long does it take to get the goods manufactured and shipped? [Top]
A: IMMEDIATE delivery of upto 500 pcs will be made within 15 to 45 days subject to availability of fabric in stock.
Bulk production delivery of 500 pcs & above per style will be made within 60 to 90 days.
* Above delivery time starts once we receive advance payment, receipt of purchase order complete in all respect & production sample approval by the customer for immediate delivery & bulk production.

Q: What will be the price if the embroidery is required in more than 1 location? [Top]
A: You may want more than one design on your embroidered item. For instance, you may want your URL on the chest of your shirt or on the sleeve of your polo shirts. There will be an extra charge of AED 3.00 per 5000 stitches of embroidery.

Q: What is the Embroidery or Screen Printing set up charges? [Top]
A: We do not charge for Embroidery or Screen Printing set up for bulk orders. However if you are ordering the sample with your actual logo embroidered or printed on it to check the quality of the garment before placing the bulk order, then we will charge you the setup cost. But these set up charges will be refunded in the bulk order. The set up charges for Direct Embroidery and Screen Printing are as follows:

Embroidery logo set up charges AED 150 per art work
Screen Printing logo set up charges AED 300 per art work

Q: Can I get the sample with actual embroidery before placing an order. [Top]
A: If you want embroidery on sample, we can do it for you. However for samples the embroidery or screen printing set up charges will apply. See the answer of above question for set up charges. You can order samples from the web site and upon receipt of your payment we will immediately dispatch the sample.

Q: What are the shipping methods and costs? [Top]
A: For UAE Customers the prices includes the delivery charges upto their office or warehouse.
* Orders from outside UAE customers will be shipped F.O.B. (Free on Board) Dubai basis.
* All freight, local custom duties & clearing charges will be paid by the customers (not applicable for UAE delivery).
* Shipment outside UAE can be made through "By Sea"
, "By Air" or "By Courier" as per customer requirements.

EMBROIDERY INFORMATION
Q: How can I send my Embroidery Logo? [Top]
A: You can upload your logo on our web site. Just click the link "Send your Logo" on the navigation bar and follow the instructions. You can use formats like GIF, JPG or PNG for sending the logo. You can also e-mail your logo as an attachment on marketing@impressions.ae You can send your logo in JPG, GIF, PNG, EPS, TIF, JPG file formats via e-mail.

Q: What are the maximum and minimum embroidery dimensions? [Top]
A: There are exceptions when a design has one dimension that is several times larger than the other. The size of many designs is dictated by the smallest text in the design. We will size your design appropriately based on our experience and will submit to you for approval.

Q: How many colors can I use for the embroidery? [Top]
A: A colorway is a combination of thread colors that is used for a particular fabric color. For instance, a design that is all black may need a new colorway, such as all white, on black fabric. We will design any colorways necessary to complete your order to our high standards. We will send you scan of your actual colorways if there is any concern about your preferences OR by considering the fabric color you can advise us the color combination for the logo. Please refer pantone color numbers while advising the colors.

Thread Colors. We can use upto 9 colors to execute your design to your satisfaction.

Color Matching. If we have color art of your design, we will use the displayed colors to match our thread to your logo. If you have particular Pantone© PMS codes you specify, please furnish them and we will match our thread accordingly. In either case, we will send you a proof for your approval.

Q: How do I choose my thread colors? [Top]
A: We strictly follow the Pantone© PMS color guides for matching the embroidery thread colors. Either you can give us the pantone color references or we can propose the colors to you and will send the color images for your approval.

Q: Will I get the Embroidery sample? [Top]
A: About one week after you place your order, we will e-mail you a scan of your actual embroidery along with its dimensions. This proof is sent to you for approval before we proceed with production. Any changes you desire will be made and a revised proof will be prepared and sent to you. Once you approve your design, your order is scheduled for production.


Q: Can I get the sample before order? [Top]
A: You can always ask us for samples before you make your mind for order placement. It's not a bad idea to order a sample to make sure you like the item before we produce and embroider it for you. Embroidered? With checking the quality of the item if you want to check the embroidery too? We'll embroider your sample for a refundable charge of $35 per design. This charge will be refunded when you will place the bulk order.

Q: How can I pay for my order? [Top]
A: For UAE Customers:
* 50% advance payment and the balance 50% payment will be made on delivery.
For International Customers:
* 50% advance payment & 50% by irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) or telegraphic transffer (TT) to our bank account (Before shipment) for UAE customer the balance 50% payment will be made on delivery.

Q: How can I get the printed Catalog of products? [Top]
A: You can request for our product catalog from our web site. Just click on "Request the Catalog" link which is given on every page of our web site and we will mail you the catalog immediately.

Q: What are the procedures for Approval? [Top]
A: * Customer must approve the pre production sample before starting production.
* Customer must approve screen printing / embriodery / applique work if applicable before begining the production.
* Once production start no change in style or any amendment will be acceptatble.
* Customer can perform quality inspection during production if desire


Q: What will be the minimum order quantity? [Top]
A: * 100 Pcs per style per color (subject to availability of fabric in stock) for immediate delivery.
* 1000 Pcs per style assorted color for bulk production.
