(i) 100 Pcs per style per color minimum (subject to availability of fabric in stock) for immediate delivery.
(ii) 1000 Pcs per style assorted color for bulk production (as we have to import fabric from overseas).
2. PROFORMA INVOICE:
(i) On receipt of your order quantity or purchase order, we will issue proforma invoice which will be
enabling you to make advance payment.
3. SPECS & SKETCHES:
(i) Specs & sketches will be submitted to customer along with proforma invoice (If required).
4. APPROVALS:
(i) On receipt of proforma invoice duly signed by the customer and of purchase order will enable
us to start first sample.
(ii) Customer must approve the fabric, color & quality before bulk production.
(iii) Customer must approve the pre production sample before starting production.
(iv) Customer must approve screen printing / embroidery / applique work (if applicable) before
beginning the production.
(v) Once production starts no change in style or any amendment will be acceptable.
(vi) Customer can perform quality inspection during production if desire.
5. MEASUREMENT:
(i) All prices quoted based on standard UK size body measurement. For customer measurement
will be up charged 200% of price to take individual measurement to produce garments.
6. MEASUREMENT TOLERANCE:
(i) +/- 3% measurement tolerance will be acceptable.
7. EMBROIDERY & SCREEN PRINTING:
(i) All prices include one logo embroidery (upto 5000 stitches) or screen printing (one color).
Separate prices will be quoted for more than one logo.
8. PACKING:
(i) Each piece will be packed in a poly bag & then certain quantity will be packed in a strong worthy carton.
9. DELIVERY:
(i) Prices includes delivery anywhere with in the United Arab Emirates only.
(ii) IMMEDIATE delivery will be made within 15 to 25 days subject to availability of fabric in stock.
(iii) BULK delivery will be made within 60 to 90 days (as we have to import fabric from overseas).
Note: Above delivery time starts once we receive advance payment, purchase order complete
in all respect & production sample approval from customer for immediate delivery or bulk production.
10. QUANTITY TOLERANCE:
(i) +/- 5% quantity in delivery will be acceptable.
11. SHIPPING:
(i) For UAE customers the prices includes the delivery charges upto their office or warehouse.
(ii) For overseas customers order will be shipped F.O.B. (Free on Board) Dubai basis.
(iii) All Freight, local custom duties & clearing charges will be paid by the customers (for overseas
customers only).
(iv) Overseas shipments can be made ?By Air?, ? By Sea?,?By Land? or ?By Courier? as per
customers requirement.
12. PAYMENT TERMS:
(i) 50% advance & balance 50% at the time of delivery before shipment (for local customers)
(ii) 100% advance for the orders amount less than AED 5000.00
(iii) 50% advance & balance 50% by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or directly transfer to our bank
account before shipment (for overseas customers).
(iv) Crossed Cheque should be made payable to: AMCO APPAREL MFG CO.
(v) Payment can also be made by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or directly deposit to our bank account.
